Payment Schedule

Referral commissions are processed and paid out on a monthly basis. All commissions earned during a calendar month will be paid out by the 15th of the following month.

Example Timeline:

  • January 1-31: You earn commissions from referrals
  • February 1-5: Commissions are calculated and finalized
  • By February 15: Payment is sent to your chosen payment method

Note: There may be a delay in payment processing for first-time payouts due to verification requirements.

Tax Information

As a referral partner, you're responsible for reporting and paying taxes on your referral income according to your local tax laws. Here's what you need to know about taxes and referral earnings:

Tax Forms

Depending on your country and the amount you earn, MangoForm may be required to issue tax forms (such as 1099-MISC for US residents). If your earnings exceed the reporting threshold (typically $600 per year in the US), you'll need to provide your tax information through the dashboard.

VAT/GST

If you're registered for VAT/GST and are providing referral services from a VAT/GST-registered business, you may need to provide your VAT/GST registration number. This information can be added in the "Tax Information" section of your referral settings.

Setting Up Your Payout Method

To receive your referral commissions, you'll need to set up your preferred payout method in your MangoForm dashboard. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your MangoForm account

    Access your dashboard using your credentials.

  2. Navigate to the "Referrals" section

    Find the referral program area in your dashboard menu.

  3. Select "Payment Settings"

    Look for the payment settings option within the referral section.

  4. Choose your preferred payment method

    Select from the available options and provide the required information.

  5. Complete any verification steps

    Some payment methods may require additional verification for security purposes.

  6. Save your settings

    Confirm and save your payment preferences.
